  • Coaching is not just for executives already “at the top”. 

  • Intentional focus on the “who” (You) versus the “what” (Story) will drive the most efficient and impactful outcomes.

  • There is strength in being vulnerable.

  • Work and life are very intertwined–we are happiest when we have and maintain real balance.

  • People drive revenue–without a focus on building strong people leaders, business growth is limited and in many cases, jeopardized.

  • A coach will not magically bring you answers/solutions (if they say they will, run). Instead, answers/solutions will emerge through the process of coaching, primarily driven by your own expertise and insights on your work and life. 

  • Genuine, lasting impacts of coaching take grit, effort, and commitment
